You can’t be THAT clueless…or can you?!
Customer: “My Scanner isn’t working. It keeps giving me an error that the program is busy.”
Me: “Did you restart your computer?”.
Customer: “Yes”.
Me:” Okay, I’ll come take a look.” So I go over to take a look.
Customer: “See it’s doing it again.”
I sit down in the customer’s chair and notice the scanner is turned off, and the USB cable is not connected to the computer.
Me: “It’s all set! You just have to make sure the data cable is connected to your computer and the device is turned on.”
ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! This is like a Dilbert cartoon! UGH!
