Chilling in Cincinnatti

Sitting in a Starbucks in Cincinnati this morning with a Sprint Internet card I borrowed from work.  Stayed at the Hyatt which was a pretty nice hotel, and now I’m waiting for my mom to finish her test so we can get out of here.  Don’t know if I like this town yet; haven’t had a chance to really check it out, and the weather is miserable.  Not cold, but dingy, humid and rainy.  Guess that’s what you get so close to the Smokies.  The University of Cincinnati looks quite old with very little modern-looking buildings – I could be wrong, but that’s what I saw.  Stupid meters…they have 30 minute meters one one side of the street, and 1 hour meters on the other side of the street.  This city loves their one-way streets :-(  Gotta run and feed the meter be right back…
