Complaining about winter

Brutally cold in the D today, and tomorrow’s supposed to be even worse.  I’m having a few of the boys over so I’m preparing to barbecue some ribs haha man is it gonna be cold out there!  My poor old dog turns 13 in a few months and age is taking its toll on him.  He can’t climb the stair anymore as he used to and he’s unsure of his step – I have to nudge him from behind to re-assure him to climb the stairs in the basement.  Michigan’s supposed to see some really cold weather I guess this winter; today and tomorrow it’s colder than it’s been in 2 years.
Next weekend I’m planning on going to Grayling for a little snowmobiling with some friends – just for the weekend.  I hope the snow stays on the ground.
I just realized that this blog has been going for almost 3 years.  It will be 3 years in the first week of May.  I can’t believe how quickly time flies.  To read back a couple years is really weird.  Clips of my life recorded in word here on the Internet.  Who’d of thunk?!  This is a way I can keep in touch with my friends back in Romania and here in the US in the various places.  Sometimes the spur of moment, when some of this stuff comes to me, makes for much better reading than spitting it out on the phone.
